This place is just FUN! Your kids will have a great time and get a good active time as well. It’s a win win. I was very surprised how clean it is for a kids place. Usually similar places have a funny smell.

It's really interesting and everyone can play
This place is has terrible customer service. I found it through the viva mall website, saw a promotion it advertised. Once at the location the front stated that was not their store or website. I showed the staff and mentioned if that is an error they need to fix it as it is wrongfully advertised. The front staff person went to go talk to the manager and they didnt speak to me about it. I've visited other zero gravity in the United States and this one has poor representation of the company's customer service. I chose not to enter as a paying client I felt my money would be better spent were better customer service is provided. Dont waste your money, go to a place were customers are their priority.
Great spot for the kids and adults! if it is your first time remember to go to the 4th floor next to the Papa John's. A bit expensive but worth it in my opinion. The family loved it plus it was air conditioned and relaxed. Go off peak and you pretty much have the place to yourself (after it opens until 4:00). Isn't much more expensive to increase to one hour so worth the extra 10 mil.
